LEALAND MCSPADDEN CLASSIC SEPTEMBER 8

LEALAND MCSPADDEN CLASSIC SEPTEMBER 8

The third annual Lealand McSpadden Classic featuring USAC Non Wing Sprint Cars is set for this Saturday night.  We recognize the legendary carrier of “The Tempe Tornado” which McSpadden earned nearly 200 feature wins, multiple national titles and  induction to the Arizona Motorsports Hall of Fame along with the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame.   Lealand and Janet did not stop with their love of racing when retiring the helmet and continue to support the sport, racers and local tracks.  This weekends McSpadden Classic event showcases both a legendary career as well as legendary commitment to the sport as the family collected a plethora of bonus money for the USAC drivers for Saturday nights feature.  Charles Davis Jr heads the USAC Southwest division coming into Saturday night ahead of Tye Mihocko and Mike Martin.  Lap sponsor information is included below.

Along with the USAC Sprint Cars will be Dwarf Cars, Pure Stocks and Bombers

Dwarf Cars return to action with Corey Brown leading the way in the division.  Pure stocks come into Saturday night with only 10 points separating the top 3.
